The Multi-Engine Rating Course: Fly Beyond One Engine
The Multi-Engine Course gives pilots everything they need to add a multi-engine rating to their certificate, from the regulations to the stick-and-rudder skills. The goal is to fly multi-engine airplanes with real confidence and precision.
Across six focused modules, pilots will cover:
- Regulatory groundwork, including FAR 61.56, 61.57, and 61.51 currency and proficiency requirements, plus medical eligibility
- Endorsements needed for complex, high-performance, and turbojet aircraft
- Core maneuvers, including slow flight, power-on and power-off stalls, and steep turns
- Engine-out procedures and VMC demonstrations, the skills that set solid multi-engine pilots apart
- Emergency operations, including single-engine approaches and landings, emergency descents, and emergency gear extension
- Two final exams to confirm pilots are ready to fly

The CFI-I Course: Instructing Elevated
The CFI-I Course prepares instructors for the CFII checkride and the move from instrument pilot to instrument instructor. It covers the regulations, the systems knowledge, and the teaching skills needed to guide students safely through the clouds.
Across 15 in-depth modules, the course covers the knowledge areas and tasks in the CFII Airman Certification Standards, including:
- Regulations and IFR systems
- Weather, charts, and procedures
